New clients: Please book a free “Consultation” first. Full session time slots are not available to new clients until the initial consultation call is complete. Consultation calls are conducted via phone. Dr. Manuel will call you at the number provided on your intake form.

Existing clients:

Cancellations will only be accepted through this calendar system to avoid late fees. As of August 19, 2025, emails will no longer be considered cancellations. If no other times are listed on the calendar, none are available.

Cancellations less than 48 hours before your appointment time will result in a charge of the full session fee, unless you book for another time during the same calendar week.

• For late cancellations, the drop-down menu will not appear. Instead, the system will show “Contact to Cancel.” If you book another available time within the same calendar week, email the scheduling email at dr.manuel.scheduling@gmail.com to let us know you’ve rescheduled so we can waive the cancellation fee.
  • If no other times are listed on the calendar, none are available and the fee cannot be waived.
  • Rebooking a late cancelled appointment for the following calendar week will not be approved as a rescheduled appointment, but instead considered a new appointment.

• (Existing clients) Book additional phone calls as a “Consultation.” Fees for 15+ minute calls are pro-rated according to your session rate.

• If you cancel an appointment early and can’t find a reschedule time, check back closer to your desired week—more openings may become available.
